Driving an electric car with Dr. Tobias Bischof Niemz EE Publishers EE Publishers 
A media tour of energy project and energy research throughout South Africa has had EE Publishers stop by the CSIR one afternoon in June 2016. In between learning of the CSIR Energy Centre’s wide research scope and visiting the microgrid it’s constructing on the campus, this short trip was a delightful anecdote to the advances of electric power in the 21st century – and who better to explain how it works than the Head of the Energy Centre, Dr. Tobias Bischof-Niemz.
